When I teach mindfulness, my goal is for you to feel and stay present throughout your engagement and on your wedding day.
So many couples say that their wedding day was such a blur, but by learning to be present in your situation you can slow down and really enjoy the moment you are in.
Your wedding day is one that you will remember forever. Enjoy every little detail of it.
This is a very important part of the programme. I will teach you about the foods you are eating and help you create meal plans that will keep you and your body feeling energised, improve moods, stop cravings, improve sleep, digestion, create beautiful skin, hair and nails, and of course help with any weight concerns.
I do not believe in dieting. I believe in eating the right foods for your body and lifestyle.
