We are expert in the Venue Scouting process. We will send a selection of venues suitable for the couple and once we will select at least 3 venues we will arrange a day of site inspections with 2 planners.
We hired Lucca Organizza to arrange our wedding in Tuscany. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding itself, Benedetta and Elena were fantastic and put up with our most demanding requests. We trusted them with many of the decisions along the way and it’s fair to say that whatever they suggested they were always right. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received and the day itself was more than we could have ever dreamed of. Thank you both once more.
It was without a doubt the most incredible day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without Elena and Benedetta at Luccaorganizza. From the first Skype call we knew they were the ones. They made everything super easy, remained calm when I got a little stressed at times and bought everything in my pinterest board to life and more. Every guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been to from the venue to decor to food and drinks. I highly recommend them and even miss talking to them every week now the wedding is over. A wonderful team who really do make dreams come true!
Benedetta and Simona organised the most amazing weekend ever for me and my friends and family. It started with an incredible dinner for 50 people in a lovely restaurant in Lucca on the Friday night, followed by the most beautiful, perfect event at our villa. Everything was perfect. The aperitivi and antipasti served on the terrace below, the candlelit walk through the olive trees, the magnificent dinner for over 70 people in a tent in front of our villa. For those that survived, there was a brunch the next day and that too was a perfectly coordinated antidote to the night before.
