Inspiration

Everything about Natalie and Callum’s wedding day is super pretty and styled with plenty of individual touches, from Natalies’s stunning Watters Wtoo wedding dress to their DIY decorations with handmade signs and gold accessories. Tithe Barn played host to their celebrations, such a stunning West Sussex wedding venue all styled beautifully with lots of greenery and rustic details. Their smiles and love for one another says it all and are captured perfectly by Kirsty Mackenzie Photography.

What Made Our Day Unique

We are avid gig-goers and love music so from the ceremony, table names to the live music we had a big musical theme. We are both Vegan so we went for a plant-based menu which to everyone's surprise went down a treat. Luckily we have a very talented family and friends so we had a lot of help with a big part of our day from them, which made the wedding feel more personal. It's hard to choose one memory because the whole day was amazing. Our first dance was special as we had our favourite Foo Fighters song play live (a band we've seen 10 times together!).

Watters Wtoo

Natalie opted for a beautiful Watters Wtoo gown and looks amazing in her wedding dress which featured a laced detail and off the shoulder sleeves, her look is completed with loose waves and floral headpiece from Hana Flower Works. The bride and her bridesmaids all clutched pretty pink and white floral bouquets by A Very British Bunch which worked perfectly with the bridesmaids pink dresses featuring a soft pleated bodice from ASOS.

Inspiration & Styling

We went for a marble, gold, rustic, floral white and pale pink theme with lots of greenery. We found lots of inspiration on Instagram and Pinterest. We also had a big music theme with a big party in the evening with setlist chosen by us. We created a table plan with table names with gigs we had been to every year we had been together. All the decorations were DIY with handmade signs and gold accessories. We wanted it to look natural and not over done.

Advice

Definitely plan as much you can in advance if you want to do DIY decorations. A great photographer and caterer really make a difference. Don't be afraid to ask friends and family for help. Leave at least a year before you get married to have time to organise everything. Don't be influenced too much by other peoples opinions, it is your day as a couple so make the decisions that are right for you.
