How does it work?
Our private hire package includes 3-hours of bar hire, bar staff, decoration and a whole barrel of bubbly. You can then add extra time, extra staff, and extra wine if required.
Do you only serve Prosecco?
Nope! We are proud to serve our very own Prosecco, sourced directly from a small vineyard in northern Italy. But we also serve sparkling wine from the same region, on-tap. English Sparkling wine by the bottle. And a wide selection of sparkling wine based spritz cocktails too. Organic soft drinks, alcoholic ice lollies and beers are also available on request. Can you stay all night?
We can stay as long as you, or your venue will allow. Our private hire package is for 3-hours, which is perfect for reception drinks, but you can add additional time when you book, and have us stick around deep into the disco hours.
Can you drive your vans inside?
We can! As long as the venue and doors will allow. The vans are only 1.5m wide, so will fit through most double-doors and marquee entrances. Speak to our bookings manager for more info.
Why do you not have a phone number?
We do! But we get a very large number of enquiries, so only give the number out once people get in contact over email. If you you prefer to chat on the phone, drop our bookings manager an email and she'll be more than happy to give you call back.
What's your 2021 cancellation policy?
We are currently offering a no-questions rebooking policy for all 2021 weddings and private events. If you've paid your deposit and need to change your date for any reason at all, we are more than happy to do so provided we have at least 2-weeks notice prior to your event taking place.
What's this about Bubble Bros planting trees for every wedding they serve at?
You heard right. For every wedding we serve at, we plant a tree in their honour. Since we first started this initiative we've panted well over 500 trees. We can even send you a photo of your tree once it's planted too.
