Do you have order minimums?
Yes we have order minimums for any bespoke gifting service but they vary based on the type of service required; wedding welcome gift boxes, bridal party gift boxes, thank you boxes etc. Our ready to gift options do not require minimum quantities.
How much notice is required for wedding welcome boxes?
We would require at least 6weeks to complete all bespoke orders, it is important to us to get things ironed out early enough so we do not rush the projects. You can book well in advance once you have your venue confirmed and pay a retainer but all numbers must be finalised 4 weeks before the wedding event by then you should have your final numbers confirmed.
What would you include in my wedding welcome box?
It is important to us that each welcome box mirrors the aesthetic of your wedding, so we would send you a Gift Build Questionnaire to fill out where you can share relevant details; budget, quantity, likes/dislikes, and anything you think would help in bringing your desired gifts to life. With this we can then curate the perfect gift box for your wedding with contents your guests would certainly relish.
What sort of customisation do you offer?
We can include your monogram on the gift packaging ie; boxes or bags and on the content. This would vary based on what the actual content is. We can also offer custom welcome letters or notes to go into the boxes for your guests to read as well as other key information such as transportation, emergency contact, full itinerary etc, This would match your wedding invitation suite.
Do the boxes come assembled?
Yes! all our boxes are shipped/delivered full assembled. They go straight to the location.
