On-the-day Coordination We offer a free consultation to explore your taste and style and learn how our services can be tailored to your dream day.

Our fees are subject to the level of service. After the consulation we will provide you with a personalised proposal and quote based on the scope of work. We charge a flat fee rather than a % of the budget. We prefer to keep our costing transparent from the start to avoid any unexpected increases.

Every couple has a different vision for their wedding, so our services will vary from couple to couple. Our 'Full Wedding Planning' package is our most comprehensive service. This is for couples who are looking for full support and planning from start to finish. This can include sourcing the venue and suppliers, designing the space and creating the overall look and feel, managing the budget and schedule. Our 'Partial Wedding Planning' package is where we can focus on a few key areas where our couples need support. For example you may have the venue but need help designing the space. This is best for couples who would like professional help in certain areas but would like to maintain a more active role in the planning. Our 'On-the-day Coordination' package is best suited to couples who have planned their wedding and sourced all the suppliers but need help on the final few weeks with coordinating the final details and managing the set up, timing and all the suppliers on the Wedding Day.
