FAQS
What is your style of photography?
I like to photograph your wedding in a photo journalistic style. I photograph your wedding to tell the story of your day. Capturing your moments as they happen. I would describe my photography as natural and soft. Not overexposed, I feel this separates me from other photographers at present.
Do you photograph family portraits?
Yes, I believe this to be an important part of your wedding. I recommend to keep these to a minimum. Somewhere in the region of 8 to 10 as it can be time consuming. People can then get back to the party and enjoy the day.
How long does it take you to photograph the couple portraits?
I try to spend most of the day unnoticed but this is my opportunity to get creative. Usually I will take you and your partner to several locations so we can get a different look for your photography. Here I will help to direct and position you a little, just enough so you look your best. Keeping it as natural as possible. This is my favourite part of the day, my opportunity to make you look great. This normally takes 15 to 20 minutes. I believe this is a wedding not a photo shoot so I like to work quickly.
How many pictures will we receive?
Usually I deliver 500 to 800 for a full day. I believe in quality over quantity. I try to capture as much of the day as possible including pictures of your family and friends. I really try to capture the small details that make up your day.
How will we receive our pictures?
All pictures will be edited. High resolution pictures will be placed onto an online private gallery. You can download these and print or share with family and friends.
Will you travel to my wedding?
Yes, I travel throughout the U.K. and abroad. Expenses can be negotiated depending on time and location.
