What’s your COVID Terms & Conditions?
If there are government restrictions in place for weddings closer to your date then your £100 deposit is transferable to another date, subject to our availability. We have a great freelance team that we can offer to you if we are not available ourselves. If we don’t have anyone free for your new date unfortunately you would lose the deposit. We normally ask for final numbers 12 weeks prior to the wedding day, however if restrictions are in place we are happy to reduce this to 2 weeks before. We will send you an invoice with the numbers given 2 weeks prior to the wedding day & this must be paid in full before the date. Similarly our cancellation policy on our T&Cs states we require 50% of payment if you cancel the entire booking (without rescheduling) within 12 weeks of the wedding, however if restrictions are in place we are happy to reduce this to 2 weeks before. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your wedding date (with restrictions in place) we do still ask for 50% payment.

How do I secure my booking?
We require a £100 deposit that will then be deducted from your final invoice
