Madi, the only other person I would marry after Harry! You were a dream, every aspect of dealing with you was easy and fun. I had only two other experiences of bridal shops and yours by far stood head and shoulders above the others. From finding me my dream dress, consoling and calming me whilst it was help up in the midst of a war, to talking me off a cliff when wedding planning got too stressful and to generally just being a babe, your service is second to none. You’ll find the bridal boutique in a gorgeous little high street in Henley and it only gets better from there. Every dress is unique, customisable and stand out. I saw a picture of my dress just before I approached Madi and knew instantly it would be the one. From the first moment of trying it on to the last fitting, Madi made me feel beautiful. All I can say is that whether you like it or not you’re now my friend for life, but equally I may hate you a little bit if anyone goes on to wear that dress better than me (although I did copy the stunning Abbie - who I don’t know but have looked at her pictures so many times I also feel like she’s my friend too ????) Madi and her team were all so lovely and relaxed, and really knowledgeable. I loved that there was absolutely no pressure - I went on my own, tried a few (incredible) dresses on, and picked one straight away. Madi also helped me order the most gorgeous lace edged fabric to make a cape I’d seen, and was hoping to replicate. Along with Abi at Make it Sew Henley, we pulled it off and it absolutely made the dress, I’m so grateful! We bought my stepdaughter’s bridesmaid dress at The Bridal Boutique as well - it was sooo stunning and fit her beautifully! Thank you so much, I’d recommend you in a heartbeat! In fact, I’d originally booked my appointment after a recommendation from a friend who bought her dress from you - I’m so glad I did! xx

I genuinely loved every second of dress shopping with The Bridal Boutique - Madi from The Bridal Boutique was like a long-lost best friend - she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and somehow managed to combine all the best bits of the dresses I'd shown her from pictures into the phenomenal Santolina gown from Alena Leena. Madi really made me feel at ease and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision - she was patient and understanding and then I felt like she was genuinely really happy for me when I'd finally said yes to my dream dress. The intimacy of the Bridal Boutique store also made the whole process feel really personal and special - It's definitely a key memory from my wedding preparations (I actually have the polaroid photo we took in the shop when I said yes hung up on my wall!)

I honestly have had such an amazing experience at the Bridal Boutique and just said yes to the most gorgeous dress!! After having visited probably 11 different stores I was starting to feel disheartened and that I was running out of time. As soon as I spoke to Madi on the phone I felt reenergised and reassured. The selection of dresses is amazing and it’s such a fun and enjoyable environment in the boutique. I never felt rushed or that anything was too much trouble. Having Madi say ‘shall we try that one on one more time?’ really made me feel she was invested in making me feel comfortable in my decision. She picked up really quickly on what I was looking for and gave her opinion in a really professional way. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to go and see her!! ❤️

I hardly even know where to start with this review as nothing I can say will feel like it gives justice to how perfect Bridal Boutique were throughout my dress shopping experience. I’d seen my dress on a wedding blog, and booked at Bridal Boutique to try it on. At this point lockdown rules were in place but BB did everything to make dress shopping fun and ‘normal’. From providing white face masks to still offering sealed drinks and fancy hand sanitiser, it really felt like they’d made a huge effort where others had not even tried. The girls in the shop were always a total pleasure, never pushy, never too opinionated and most of all nothing was too much trouble. I visited the shop several times across over 2 years and the girls felt like friends so much so, that many times I was happy to go alone and just have the opinions of Madi and her lovely team. There was a problem with my dress when it arrived and it was sorted quickly and without fuss. I basically dreamt up the veil I wanted and Madi made it reality with her contacts. They work with an incredible seamstress so every part of your bridal shopping process is smooth, and essentially sorted for you. They are also happy for you to organise things for yourself if you would like. If you’re the sort of person that likes to make every wedding detail into and occasion, the shop is located in the nicest village with gorgeous restaurants. (And best ice cream shop ever!). Madi congratulations on creating an environment every bride should get to experience. There aren’t enough thank you’s I can give to you all for the magical time you gave me and for making everything so easy and special.
