Today marks the end of an era for me. It's my last day here at Rock My Wedding. Working for RMW has been such a huge part of my life that I didn't want this day to pass by without saying goodbye properly...\r\nI've been with RMW for six years and have seen this fabulous business go from strength to strength, helping millions of couples to plan their weddings with a large dose of inspiration, always balanced with lots of sound advice. As well as the thousands of weddings I've blogged, there have been countless shoots, an actual real-life book (!) and a shiny new podcast, and our supplier directory, which has seen many evolutions over the years, but continues to be the go-to place for brides seeking out trustworthy wedding professionals.\r\nWorking for Rock My Wedding has been everything you'd expect it to be - rose petals and Prosecco all the way. Seriously though, a lot of hard work goes into these beautiful pages from a whole team of people beavering away behind the scenes, and I've loved every moment of it.\r\nIt has been a pleasure to help connect brides and grooms with incredible suppliers, lots of whom are creative entrepreneurs who have been able to use the reach of RMW to book their ideal clients. Possibly one of my favourite parts of the job has been discovering up-and-coming wedding brands and suppliers and sharing them with our stylish readers.\r\nI'll miss the team hugely, there have been so SO many laughs over the years, many glasses of wine, lots of babies and several weddings. We're a close bunch and it's with a heavy heart that I'll have to leave our hilarious work WhatsApp group (not even joking, it makes me cry with laughter on a regular basis)! Charlotte and Adam let me join the team in 2013 and I'll be forever grateful to them for the support they've given me over the years.\r\nIf you've ever submitted your wedding or shoot to RMW, then THANK YOU. Rock My Wedding wouldn't be the site it is without all of the wonderful content we get sent each and every day.\r\nI love weddings way too much to leave the industry, so I'm now working as a wedding planner. Helping slightly fewer couples than in my role here at Rock My Wedding, but on a more personal one-to-one basis which I'm hugely excited about. Please do get in touch if you're searching for a planner, I'd love to help.\r\nIf you're engaged then trust me when I say, you're in the right place. Rock My Wedding is absolutely the only resource you need to plan your big day and there are some really exciting things coming in 2019!\r\nWhether you're in the wedding industry or are one of our wonderful readers - THANK YOU - I've truly loved every minute.\r\nWith all my love,\r\nFern xxx\r\n\r\nThe lovely team hard at work at the beautiful Hampton Manor.
