Emily & Rob

Emily and Rob are off the chart adorable. Rob welling up as Emily made her grand entrance is one of the sweetest pictures I’ve seen and what every bride secretly hopes her groom will do.

Jacob and Pauline Photography have made sure there is no short supply of emotional images to swoon over, they’ve also captured Emily & Rob’s fabulous fashion sense and eye for detail. Emily looks divine in her Maggie Sottero Abigail gown and Jenny Packham Wonderland II headdress and Rob not to be outdone sports a fabulous piece of head gear himself.

Tissues at the ready folks…. and enjoy this love filled rustic wedding at Clock Barn in Hampshire.

Ellie & James

Doesn’t Ellie look so elegant? Her Maggie Sottero gown with those pretty little capped sleeves, her gorgeous glitzy hair piece and those Emmy shoes are all giving me a serious case of the swoons. As is her wild unstructured bouquet in pastel tones, which is just bursting with dahlias and roses.

And wait until you see inside the marquee – if you like blush and gold, you’re going to love it! There’s lots of details to behold, so I’ll pass you over to Ellie to explain exactly how her and James created such a lovely look…

Victoria & Michael

Victoria & Michael are utterly adorable saying “I do” only a stones throw form where Michael proposed. Choosing the rustic New House Farm barn in the middle of the Lake District as their gorgeous venue because of their love of nature, Cumbria and its stunning scenery.

Their fabulous reception was decked in homegrown flowers, DIY crafts and finished with handmade bridesmaid dresses and matching groomsmen bow ties. Talk about talented. There was even a matching miniature dress for the beautiful baby flower girl. So adorable.

Although there wasn’t a set colour scheme ‘something blue’ seemed to be the running theme and was the perfect chance for Victoria to add a pair of blue suede shoes to her surprisingly conventional, but totally gorgeous Shayla Maggie Sottero lace wedding dress, which she looks absolutely stunning in.

Finishing off the day with pizza, lawn games and a folk music band, reflecting their personality in everything they did.

Wait until you see the cake too…..decorated with the sweetest wildlife couples you ever did see.

Suzy & Scott

This dreamy wedding is undoubtably all about the love, all about sentiment and all about the oh so gorgeous Suzy & Scott.

They were married at the local registry office and then set home for afternoon tea, cake and prayers in Suzy’s parents garden. Suzy was an absolute whizz in the kitchen and made most of the delicious cakes herself. She also put her hand to a bit of sowing, and crafted the fabulous bunting hanging in their ‘shabby chic’ marquee out of vintage doilies and antique lace.

Samie Lee has captured some truly romantic portraits, that I couldn’t help but ooh & ahh my way through. This couple are so evidently in love and at ease with one another and their location. Choosing a field and swing Suzy used to play in as a child as their backdrop…I know super cute right.

As well as being utterly adorable this couple also look truly divine in their attire. A stunning Maggie Sottero gown for Suzy and a dapper high street suit for Scott.

Definitely one to swell the heart on a Friday afternoon.

Michaela & Jon

I’ve never had the privilege of blogging a vintage pub themed wedding but today that all changes! Enter Michaela and Jon who said their vows at the very picturesque Beaconside House in Devon surrounded by their friends and family, ribboned chairs and a dash of sunshine.

There’s so much to love about this wedding. I’m smitten with the rustic florals in pastel hues which complement the palette table plan and hanging candy coloured lampshades. Yes folks you heard me right – there are actual lampshades hanging from the ceiling of the marquee and it looks lush!

Another particular highlight has got to be the fact that both Michaela and Jon were walked down the aisle respectively by their parents. How lovely is that!

Amy & Charlie

If Mary Poppins did weddings then this elegant affair would be it, as it’s “practically perfect in every way.”

Every bride should look and feel like a princess on their wedding day and that’s exactly how Bride Amy felt and looked in her illusion back, lace Maggie Sottero gown. The fact that the gorgeous celebration took part in a castle too only adds to the magical wonderfulness.

London Wedding Photographer Voyteck has captured every smile, every emotion and every detail of this classic wedding and wait until you see the stunning white flowers with hints of blush, your jaws are going to hit the floor. You have been warned, now come and enjoy….

Katie & Dylan

I LOVE this morning’s wedding; it’s a little bit like your favourite cake. You have a slice but somehow it isn’t quite enough and you can’t help going back for more and then a little bit more after that…

Camilla & Tony

Marquee weddings in the middle of nowhere are my absolute favourite. I love the fact that it’s a private party, you can make lots of noise, there’s a blank space for you to personalise to your hearts content, you can be really relaxed with your food choices and as dusk falls, the atmosphere is just magical. For me, Camilla & Tony had the perfect marquee wedding – with a love of music at the heart of their relationship, the decor was music inspired and they had a great selection of bands playing all sorts of music. It looks like a proper party and the guest are clearly having an amazing time.

Bride Camilla is such a stylish lady, she has that effortlessly cool vibe going on that only musicians and creative types seem to have. Her Maggie Sottero dress totally nails the laid back, bohemian glamour look she was going for, and she’s also lucky enough to call Anna Clarke one of her best friends, so naturally the images for this wedding are totally awesome!

Amelia & Mark

We’ve got another fabulous ‘at home’ wedding to start the week off with a wealth of shabby chic, vintage and DIY decor that really brings the marquee garden party reception to life.

The table plan in particular is immense. Made out of an old door and photo frames and I also love that Bride Amelia brought along her dresser to display wedding portraits of family members on.

It’s so lovely when all that you’ve envisioned, crafted and set up comes together and even more so when it all looks as spectacular as this beaut of a wedding. Don’t take my word for it, come take a peek…..
