This wedding is just all kinds of beautiful. Firstly, there’s gorgeous Tygar and her Bridesmaids wearing Grace Loves Lace. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a good looking Bridal party before! Then there’s their incredible Australian Winery venue with it’s versatile spaces, allowing the couple to hold their ceremony by the water and their epic party in a gorgeous wine cellar filled with twinkly lights, exposed bricks and huge wooden wine barrels. The cake is an absolute vision, baked by Tygar’s very talented Mum. And don’t even get me started on those luscious florals!
Honestly it’s just all so gorgeous that I’ve gone a bit wild on the images from Heart and Colour as this is definitely one of those weddings where you just want to see more and more…
Ann-Marie has had a fascination with outer space ever since she was a little girl, so it makes total sense that she would want her wedding to be inspired by ‘the moon and the stars.’ Even more so when you learn that her now husband Mark is a physicist too! Their whole day looks incredibly personal, with the pair only choosing to follow traditions that suited them as a couple.
Photographer Ed Peers has captured the day perfectly. I loved looking through the images and watching the day unfold…and I’m certain you will too…
Everything about this wedding is just so beautiful, from Nicole’s gorgeous dresses, to the flowers, to the incredible location – it’s just a absolute treat to be sharing it with you today. Having family based all over the world, Nicole and Ben decided that a wedding at the North Shore in Hawaii was the perfect place for them, as Nicole had spent lots of her childhood there. Nicole is clearly a very stylish and creative lady, and she has managed to combined a lush, wild, and romantic theme with subtle nods to her Asian heritage and the couple’s love of travel. The whole look is simply stunning and I’ve been swooning over the floral arrangements for hours while putting this feature together.
Nicole sadly lost her Mum as a teenager and so the couple decided to honour her mother’s Chinese heritage with a traditional Chinese lion dance to surprise their guests, and you can see from the images that that was a truly magical moment.
We’re really excited to tell you that Nicole & Ben’s photographers, husband and wife duo Tupou Photography are actually relocating to the UK this summer, so do get in touch with them if you fall for their emotive and natural style.
I do love an outdoor ceremony, even more so when it’s decorated really beautifully, and Anita and Ionuc’s charming set up brimming with colourful ribbons is truly gorgeous. The ribbons were like a motif to the day, they appeared in every aspect of the decor and brought such a lovely, uniform look to proceedings. I like to think of them as the new bunting 😉
This is a wedding that was all about celebrating love and family, in a relaxed and joyful manner, and it’s a total delight to share it with you this morning. Look out for the first look image too – it’s so full of anticipation it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and brought tears of joy to my eyes. SUCH a gorgeous moment to capture.
This is such a gorgeously relaxed wedding to share with you all on a Sunday morning. Denise and Chris married at The Three Towers Eco House in the West of Ireland – it’s such an idyllic venue that I think the vibe of the place just rubs off on everyone.
Denise is wearing such a stunning flower crown, I couldn’t chose which images to include, so there’s an abundance of them, all from different angles, just so you can see it in it’s full glory! It’s a beaut.
I’m loving Chris’ laid back Groom’s attire too – not a suit jacket or trouser in sight, but he still looks dapper and actually, perfectly dressed for their venue and party. In fact, his laid back look, combined with Denise’s gorgeous porcelain skin, doll like features, and pretty white parasol – kind of reminds me a Jane Austin heroin being swept off her feet by a swarthy blacksmith or something…is that just me?!
I love featuring Australian weddings because the decor is always on point, the fashion is always fabulous and the vibe of the day is always completely chilled. The only draw back is if you fall for the photographers style and then realise that you’d have to fly them across the world to capture your big day. Well – worry not, as the super talented photographers who sent us Jessica & Kelvin’s outdoor wedding are relocating to the UK in just a matter of weeks and are available for dates THIS SUMMER!!! Through The Woods We Ran have the gorgeous, relaxed and natural style that we love (the wedding party and couple shots are particularly stunning here) and we can’t wait for them to bring their style to the British wedding industry.
If you’re currently planning a wedding on a very short time frame, give Through The Woods We Ran a shout, as it’s not often that amazing photographers like this have summer availability for the current year. And enjoy this wedding lovely ones, it’s full of gorgeous details, Australian sunshine and happy, happy people.
SO. MANY. Kisses. I know this is a wedding, and that’s what you’d expect, but this rustic, intimate big day just seems to have even more kisses than usual. You’ll see what I mean when you look through the images…the Groom, the Grandpas, the dogs…everyone is feeling the love!!!
Bride Jade is such a stunner, as soon as I saw her gorgeous tousled blonde locks and her fishtail gown she reminded me of a mermaid – and I’m clearly not the only one, as the couple had a mermaid cake topper sitting alongside a miniature flat cap wearing Josh on their cheese tower!
Jade & Josh held their ceremony at Eden at Broughton Hall, the perfect place for their outdoor ceremony, surrounded by rolling countryside and with a bonfire for marshmallow toasting and post wedding cuddles under the stars. And we love that even though they had a ‘small’ wedding, they still went to town with pretty decor and details. Including a stunning floral arch and fun personalised jam jars for cocktails.
