Linden House Intimate Wedding with 30 Guests & A Vintage Dress

BUDGET <£5K

Patricia and Greg opted for an intimate London wedding at Linden House in Hammersmith. Patricia, who is Spanish, and Greg, from Surrey, invited 30 of their closest friends and family to celebrate with them at an intimate ceremony and a relaxed reception dinner. They planned the entire wedding in just one month and Patricia surprised Greg and her Father-in-Law as she walked down the aisle in Greg’s mom’s original wedding dress! Since Patricia works at Moët there definitely wasn’t a shortage of champagne to cheer with. All in all a beautiful, joy-filled day captured by Alba Turnbull.

Edinburgh Elopement With Mexican Food At The Basement Bar

BUDGET <£5K

Katie and Carl swapped their initial plans to have a big wedding for an intimate Edinburgh elopement with a few close friends and family, and don’t regret it one bit. Katie casually got ready with her girlfriends whilst sipping mimosas, then headed to the City Chambers to say her I dos in an incredible strapless wedding dress, whilst Carl honoured their Scottish heritage in a tartan blazer. After some stunning couples portraits with Northern Aye Photography amongst the Scottish countryside, Katie then changed from her fitted bridal gown to a short blazer dress before heading to their favourite bar and restaurant (where they first met) to enjoy Mexican food and tequilas. What a way to celebrate.

Sparkle Wedding Dress For Boho Intimate Rooftop Wedding

BUDGET <£5K

You’ll be forgiven for thinking this intimate rooftop wedding is a shoot because firstly the couple are mega babes, sporting a stylish sparkle wedding dress and burgundy suit! And secondly, the styling by Pixy With Love is off the chart with a naked tipi structure covered in fairy lights, rugs, cushions and candles lights. There are also neutral flower arrangements mixed with pampas grass and dried eucalyptus, plus, some incredible champagne popping and confetti exploding celebratory wedding day moments captured by Martina Skrobot Photography.

Korean Wedding Dress for Multicultural Socially Distanced Wedding

BUDGET <£5K

On the first-day weddings were able to take place after lockdown was lifted, Elaine and Andrew knew they wanted to say their I do’s. They held an intimate ceremony at Elsick House with just 8 people including themselves, the registar, their parents and siblings. The mother of the bride and groom wore custom-made Korean wedding dress outfits, also known as Hanboks and everyone had an amazing time. The relaxed atmosphere of the day allowed the couple to get some incredible portraits with Emma Lawson Photography. In their own words, they said: “We initially thought that having a bigger wedding and celebrating with everyone would make our day special when in reality we just needed each other. Our small post-COVID wedding was everything we could have asked for.” What an inspiration this happy couple is. Love wins people, love always wins, just look at the joy.

Amanda & Sam

It’s been a while since we shared a truly home spun, village hall wedding with you all and this one fits the bill perfectly. Amanda and Sam stuck to a budget of £5000 for their wedding day and pulled off the sweetest, most fun of occasions. I absolutely love the thoughtful details – second hand books specially chosen for each guest as a favour, flags to represent their British and American backgrounds, playlists with choices from the entire wedding party…

The whole day looks like a traditional village fete which just warms the soul. Throw in a piñata and some classic American drinking games with the obligatory red cups and you’ve got yourself the perfect wedding celebration.

The one thing we never recommend saving on though, is the photographer. Amanda and Sam entrusted Neil Jackson with the job of capturing their wedding, appointing a lot of their budget to the images. Definitely a wise choice – these gorgeous images will last them a lifetime.

Laura & Helgi

This has to be one of the sweetest weddings I’ve ever seen. A bold statement I know, but there is an undeniable sentiment that just oozes out of this intimate wedding captured by Bai & Elle Wedding Photography that you can’t deny.

Laura’s love for the book The Secret Garden lead to the gorgeous venue in Kent and also became the theme for their day. A whimsical outdoor ceremony and conservatory setting full of DIY decor, collected trinkets, wild flower arrangements, and a delicious looking afternoon tea wedding breakfast.

And possibly the most shocking considering its beauty is this gorgeous wedding cost less than £5000!
