Yes! Our coordinator will work with you from the day you book, offering advise and support during your planning and of course being there on the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We don't have our own accommodation facilities, however you are welcome to hire your own glamping which can we set up on our site. Alternatively, there is plenty of local accommodation ranging from shepherd huts, cosy cottages and hotels. Alderford offers a fully catered package. You can have access the day before to set up decorations, with the help of our team. The Marquee/Dome, tables, chairs, white tablecloths, white napkins, crockery, cutlery, canapes, drinks package, wedding breakfast and evening food. We also have a range of décor and furniture your welcome to use including festoon lighting around the venue, benches and firepits for a cosy garden area, our own sweet cart, faux florals and greenery. We do also offer bespoke pricing so if you want less or more, let us know and we can work with you to create your perfect package.
