Instead of a set price list or standard brochure, we take a personalised approach—crafting bespoke floral designs that reflect each couple’s individual style, preferences, and budget as well as seasonality.
To enquire for your wedding please get in touch via our online enquiry form on our website. After we receive your enquiry and confirm whether we are available for your date we will then schedule a free consultation either in person at our design studio or via Zoom. Once we learn more about floral requirements we will create a bespoke quote for you. Once your booking fee is paid your wedding date is secured!
We suggest you get in contact with a wedding florist as soon as you have booked your venue but we have been contacted anywhere between 2 years to 6 months before couples wedding dates. But we do suggest booking early so you can be certain your wedding date is secured with your florist. 🌼🌿
No, consultations are free of charge and take place either via zoom or at our design Studio in West Mersea, Colchester, Essex.
There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. Most of our couples spend between £1800 - £2800 on their wedding flowers. We suggest 10-15% of your total wedding budget but if you want florals to be a significant component of the experience for the day, we would recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to flowers. No, we do not have a minimum spend although on average our couples spend between £1800-£2800+ on flowers. As a minimum, we always create the bridal bouquets, buttonholes, personal flowers and ceremony table designs. We do have a blog on our website that may help you with budgeting your wedding flowers
Absolutely, we’ll deliver all your flowers personally. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process. We will also personally deliver and set up your floral designs in the ceremony space and the reception. As we are a full-service florist, alongside prioritising sustainability within our designs, we move your bespoke designs from ceremony spaces to receptions/any other area of your wedding venue to make sure you can make the most of your florals on your wedding day. 🌿✨
Yes, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and weather conditions have a significant impact on availability of flowers. For example, Peonies are only available for a few weeks in mid-Spring (most often May – mid June) but the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are. Felicity can guide you through the design process through a consultation to make sure you get the flowers and feel you dream.
We do offer a range of hire items – vases, ceremony archways, moon-gates, chandeliers, various styles of candleholders, lanterns, petal baskets, high-riser stands, tall plinths, urns, votives, kiln dried log slices, candelabras and white blossom trees.
We love flowers and use many different types of fresh, faux, dried and even plants in our wedding work. We do not have a ‘specific style’ as we have a wealth of experience and expertise in floral design which enables us to create gorgeous wedding flowers across a variety of styles. The only requirement is that we work in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
Our design studio is based on Mersea Island, just outside Colchester, Essex. We coordinate flowers for couples getting married all across Essex, Suffolk, Kent and London.
No, not at all. 😊 We do suggest that you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options when it comes to wedding flower design Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction. Also think about if there is a hobby or a favourite flower that has a meaning for you that you would like to include, this can help to make the designs truly personal to you. You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We’ve managed more than 300 weddings and know our local venues incredibly well. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling ideas as well. No, not at all. We manage all of our communication online – if you’re overseas we can easily coordinate over Zoom or manage everything over email.

Yes of course. Once you have booked your provider and have decided on the style you are going to have I am happy to liaise directly with them to make sure that I provide the flowers prepared in the way they need. Ie – wired and taped.
We have worked at many wedding venues across Essex, Suffolk and London, as well as many private home weddings, but we are always happy to work at a new venue. We can arrange a venue visit for a consultation where we can discuss in situ what floral designs you would like at your venue for your wedding day.
