What an experience… From the moment I walked into the boutique with my mum and 8 week old daughter, Amy was the most welcoming and personable lady. She is kind and friendly, whilst also incredibly knowledgeable about the dresses and designers in her beautiful boutique. Amy helped me feel like a princess trying the dresses on and nothing was too much trouble. I found my perfect dress and even enjoyed a lovely chilled glass of bubbles to celebrate. I cannot recommend Amy and her boutique highly enough not just for the dresses available but the excellent customer service provided.

Amy was fantastic, she made me and my guests feel so welcome as soon as we walked in. She made the process stress free, and was very helpful with any questions I had. I contacted Amy prior to my appointment as the dress I found wasn’t in store just yet and she let me know when it was expected to come in. Luckily, it was delivered the day before my appointment! It was the first of many dress I tried on and the very last. Would 100% recommend to anyone, especially those brides like me who left it till last minute. Amy recommended a seamstress and sent all the details to me which made the process even smoother. I can’t wait for my dress to be delivered, so I can relive the moment in my very own dress.

Amy’s customer service from the get go was incredible - before I’d even booked an appointment or set foot in store! After being disheartened in a few other stores, the warm welcome Amy gave us was so reassuring. Her industry knowledge is fantastic and her collection of dresses are perfect - in real sizes!!! Her attention to detail, from the large changing area, drinks packages and accessory collection make you feel so reassured. Even after purchasing my dress, Amy has kept me up to date with my order, expected delivery dates and helping me choose accessories for my dress. I had an amazing experience at Bellamme Bridal thanks to Amy being so friendly and helpful! As someone who was nervous about wedding dress shopping, I was made to feel relaxed as soon as we stepped in the store and Amy handed us a glass of fizz whilst talking us through the dresses and brands she stocks. I got to take my time to make sure I was picking the right dress and didn’t feel rushed or pressured once. There are so many gorgeous dresses to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice - I would highly recommend!!
