FAQS

What kind of weddings do you host?

Our couples are all about the FUN on their wedding day! Fun, rustic, laid-back weddings, without the formality or tradition usually associated with weddings.

Do you offer glamping for festival style weddings?

We have 10 yurts on our farm, offering on-site accommodation for you and your guests. Breakfast up on the decking area by the yurts can be provided too, for those morning after chats.

Can we bring in external caterers?

Whilst we offer some informal catering options, like afternoon teas, hog roasts and pizzas, you can bring in external caterers if you wish.

Are you dog friendly?

We love having four-legged members of the family at weddings! Dogs are welcome inside and outside.

Are you licensed for outdoor ceremonies?

We are licensed for legal ceremonies inside our barn, yurt marquee and also outside in our garden. We do not charge anything extra for a licensed ceremony to be held at our venue.

I love the idea of a festival wedding, but what if it rains?!

We have plenty of beautiful indoor space to act as your 'plan b' on a rainy day. Our barn is perfect for ceremonies, so if you are worried about rain on your wedding day, you can use our barn instead of our garden.

How many guests can I have?

Our maximum capacity for a wedding is 150 guests, spread across all 3 parts of our venue. The seated capacity for a ceremony in our barn is 100, and for our yurt marquee is 140.

What's included in the venue hire price?

All areas of our venue from 9am on the day of your wedding until close, our furniture, festoon lights, bunting, vintage tractor, deckchairs, barware, and 3 meetings with your dedicated wedding co-ordinator from twelve months before your wedding date. Plus a 'thank you for booking' gift from us!

Are you are a sustainable venue?

We certainly are! We source our food and drink as locally as possible, including using beef and milk from our herd of cows on our farm. We have adopted other sustainable measures too, such as only allowing real petal confetti, and ensuring all of our glass bottles and cardboard are recycled.

Testimonials

"We couldn't have wished for a better venue for our festival-themed wedding. The Yurt, Barn and outdoor space gave us so much room to fit in everything that we had planned. Our wedding coordinators Laura and Charlotte were so helpful at every stage and really made us feel like they could see our vision and that we could trust them. They dealt with everything on the day so that we could just relax and enjoy everyone's company, which we were really grateful for. We've had so many compliments on the venue and food and can't thank them enough for making our special day even better than we could have hoped for"

Bennetts Willow Barn and the team here are nothing like anywhere else we have seen. They genuinely did make our wedding individual to us. They are so flexible and so helpful, even down to the last second, they could not have done more for us. We keep saying to each other that we want to do it all again! It truly was the best day of our lives and we really can only thank Bennetts Willow Barn for that!"
