Do you create buttercream covered or naked/ semi-naked cakes?
Unfortunately not - I specialise only in fondant covered cakes
Can we taste your cakes before we book?
Absolutely! I offer a sample box service, that allows you to try five flavours of your choice from my menu. Once you have booked in, we also have a design and tasting consultation, where you can try even more (or the same!) flavours.
Do we have to have a set design?
No - my cakes are totally bespoke and designed to be the perfect centrepiece for your day. About 6 months prior to your wedding, I will invite you to a design and tasting consultation where we can discuss all aspects of your wedding and ensure that your cake is everything you both want it to be.
Can I choose more than one flavour?
Absolutely - you can have a different flavour for every tier of cake - most of my couples do!
Do you cater for allergies and intolerences?
Unfortunately I work from a small studio where I regularly use a number of allergens, such as wheat, nuts and milk. While I can adjust my recipes to bake without these ingredients, despite a thorough cleaning regime, I can never guarantee that any cake is totally allergen free.
