What are you prices?
You’ve seen something in my work that you connect with and now you want to find out if the figures are going to work… Full Day Coverage is the most popular. But to make it easy, I have 12, 10, 6 and 2 hour packages. However, these can be tweaked to suit your requirements & budget. Head to the pricing page on my website to see my rates.
Do you offer a pre-wedding meet or consultation?
I do. I will always recommend meeting in person or a chat on Zoom, but this is entirely up to you. And of course, there is no obligation to book. They are a good way to know what to expect on the wedding day and the chance to say hello.
How do we book and pay?
Once I’ve confirmed availability and you wish to book, I will send you my online booking form. Once the booking form is completed I will follow up with the contract & invoice for you to agree & complete. This also includes a 25% deposit (non-refundable) to secure & confirm your date. The balance is due one month before the wedding. Payment is made through the online invoice (or via bank transfer).
Are you insured?
Yes. I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. These documents can be seen if requested and sent to your venue (they often ask for them).
How and when will we receive our wedding photos?
Maybe the most important question! I always aim to get a few sneak preview images emailed to you within a few days of your wedding. And also onto my socials. This means you'll have a professional image to share on your social media if you choose. Unless you'd prefer to keep your photographs from the wedding private, that is no problem, just let me know. Around 8 weeks after your wedding, I'll have your highlights slideshow ready. Your online gallery will be finished a week after that. During the summer season, it can take longer (and I will keep you updated if this should happen), but I can promise you that the images will be worth the wait!
