I first came across Dan via Rock my Wedding - I had a good idea of the style I was looking for for our wedding videography and when I came across Dan’s page with his beautiful cinematic style I knew he was who I wanted to shoot our wedding, which was quickly confirmed as soon as we started speaking that he was who we would be hiring! Dans communication from the word go has been the most impressive of all of our suppliers, I never had to wait for a reply and we even kept in touch in between so by the time the wedding came around he felt like a familiar presence on the day which made a huge difference, whilst remaining incredibly professional throughout. We've now received the edited version of our wedding film, and honestly we are blown away, it was everything we could have hoped for and more. He captured the day perfectly, and the cinematic style really shines through - we feel like movie stars! Thank you for everything Dan, you really have gone above and beyond for us! x

We don’t know how to put into words just how good Dan was. We originally was getting married in Venice and we first saw a video of Dan’s work on Facebook which made me cry (Samantha) and from that moment, we knew he was the videographer we wanted for our big day. We booked Dan for our Venice wedding but sadly had to cancel the Venice wedding due to a family illness. We had to re-do our whole wedding plans and Dan was more than accommodating for agreeing to our new date (luckily he still had our new date free) but we could not leave our previous plans so asked if he could join us on our honeymoon in Venice. He agreed and had the availability, luckily, and we were super excited about making the memories for film purposes of our big day and our honeymoon. For us, we made a big budget for film and photo because we wanted to look back on in years to come. We wasn’t let down. Absolutely phenomenal at what he does and we had such a blast at the Roman Baths and Venice. Dan is extremely professional, kept things super communicated. He was our best vendor throughout our wedding planning. We felt like we could build a Client relationship easily with him and he is incredibly down to earth and humble, just like us, which made things easier to connect with him and not feel so nervous when cameras are on you etc because you feel at ease in his presence. If you need a videographer, this gent is the man for your day. Dan captured our wedding day recently (May 2022) and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We have just received our video and both my husband and I were so emotional and touched with what Dan created from our day! Dan is so professional from the moment we booked communication was faultless and he really wanted to get to know what was important to us! He worked so hard throughout the day running around everywhere to ensure he caught every special moment on film! I can’t recommend Dan enough, if you’re debating on videography I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! If I could give Dan 10 stars I would ????

We booked Dan as our wedding videographer after he was recommended to us by our photographer, Lewis Blackburn. I was a little anxious as I had never met Dan before or seen much of his work as he was fairly new to doing weddings professionally at the time. When I say we had nothing to worry about, I mean literally, NOTHING. Firstly, what a wonderful guy He fitted into our wedding as if he was one of our friends or family members - he had such a lovely demeanor and it was an absolute pleasure to have him around. (You end up spending quite a bit of your day with your photo crew - so its so important that you can have a laugh with them!) I hate having my photo taken and thought that I'd feel really awkward all day but I must admit that I was pretty unaware of Dan's movements! Dan was super quick at getting our images and film back to us and I cannot express how completely overwhelmed we were with what we received. It was everything we hoped for, and a whole load more- The family and friends we love, the special moments and interactions between guests, the tiny details we spent months planning and the beautiful surroundings that we chose to start our lives together in. Dan captured so many unique perspectives and his work is truly on another level to other local videographers. No doubt one of the best in the South West. A couple of weeks later, we received the most beautiful engraved box filled with little personalised memories of our day- a really unexpected surprise and just so thoughtful. Even after the wedding day, Dan repeatedly displayed his perfect attention to detail and professional but personal skill set. He is so talented and I cannot recommend him enough. There are only a handful of things that on reflection we are really happy we did for our wedding, and one of those is hiring Dan. If he is available for your wedding - don't bother looking elsewhere, he is your guy! We would chose him again in a heartbeat, over and over.
