It has taken two weeks to come down from our emotional high following our wedding at Findon Place and so much of that has to do with Caroline and her team. We were on our 5th attempt (thanks Covid!) when we came across Findon Place as a suggestion from our planner. From the moment we set foot in Findon to see the venue, to the last second of our post-wedding brunch, choosing Findon place was probably the best decision we made. I say this with a LOT of experience of hospitality and venue teams (event planning background!) but Caroline and her team are exceptional. Truly exceptional. Every personal touch, every thoughtful email and every assistance on the weekend blew us away. Of course, being such a beautiful venue we expected a very professional team, but three things truly illustrate the care and attention Caroline pays to her couples: I am Australian and so there were jars of Vegemite (Australian Marmite) on offer on the Sunday just as a reference to my home, then on top of this it was Mother's Day on the Sunday so Caroline had a Mother's day plant as a present for my mum and for my husband's mother. Finally - our beautiful dog was a key feature of our wedding. Not only was she welcome at every stage at Findon, but Caroline even prepared a little 'puppy hamper' in our bridal suite with a personalised pillow just for her. Our wedding was perfect - better than we ever could have imagined, and definitely worth the wait - and so much of that is due to Findon Place, Caroline and her wonderful team. I could not recommend Findon and Caroline more - we were honoured to get married in her home and we are already considering a 5-year Vow renewal so we can do it all over again! We recently celebrated my sister and brother-in-laws wedding at Findon Place and it truly was the best weekend ever. We stayed in the house for the weekend and every part of it is really breathtaking. The wedding was so perfect and it is a true testament to Caroline and her team. Caroline really is the most gracious host and really thought of everything! Thank you for the most wonderful weekend and making it so perfect for my sister!

The house and grounds are stunningly beautiful and we were made to feel so welcome and looked after by Caroline and her team. Everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations! We held our wedding reception at Findon Place in September 2022 and it was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived on Friday, we were met with smiles and warmth. Caroline and her team were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The unexpected extra touches that Caroline added, really topped it off. The ballroom was stunning, with an elegant and timeless aesthetic that was perfect for our special day. The outdoor terrace was beautiful, providing an amazing backdrop for our drinks and canapés. Overall, Findon Place was an amazing venue for our wedding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classic, elegant wedding venue.

Findon Place is as special as it is beautiful. We hosted our wedding here in January 2022 and couldn’t have hoped for a more magical day! Caroline went above and beyond in the lead up and helped us plan the whole event in less than 3 months. On the day, we felt so looked after and knew we were in very safe hands with all the staff. Everything was absolutely seamless and we were overjoyed at the level of heartfelt service, professionalism, care and kindness. When it unexpectedly started raining in the middle of our photos, we were greeted with blankets, umbrellas and cups of tea waiting for us by the roaring fire in the drawing room. Caroline’s attention to detail is second to none and her aesthetic is exquisite. Her love for the house and its history is evident in every room. Many guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they’d ever been to and naturally, we agree! We’d do it all over again in a heartbeat!
