Can you include rituals or ceremonies that reflect us as a couple?
Yes we can be creative and all my wedding celebrations can include, unity candle, sand, handfasting, ring warming, wine, floral ceremonies, no one ceremony is the same, they are totally unique to you both. All ceremonies have something that you can keep to remember your special day created in an eco friendly way.
Do you do the legal part?
No, you will need to do a short legal service with a local registrar usually takes about 10 mins and costs between £50-70 . Can be during the week leaving you to choose the day of your wedding celebration with your family and friends. This gives you so much more flexibility on where you have the celebration, in a country garden, woodland, by the river, even your own garden! I have officiated at wedding ceremonies in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and the Cotswolds .
What's your ceremony style and can I include family, friends and furbabies in the celebration?
The beauty of a celebrant led wedding is I am guided by you, your dreams and how you want your wedding to feel. I love it when family members and friends get involved, this can make your day so special and truly memorable. Couples have described me as joyful, bringing a combination of flare, creative and caring approach along with high-level planning and attention to detail that gives confidence to all those that engage me. Experienced, skilled and happy to incorporate ceremonies and rituals into your bespoke celebrations, to ensure your ceremony is unique and like no other, filled with love and joy. A creative, joyful celebrant and a safe pair of hands on the big occasion, having officiated at small intimate venues for 4 to the House of Lords for 300 guests, you can be assured of first-class service. Are you restricted to legal jargon in the wedding ceremony?
No! The words you speak on your wedding celebration will be the most important ever, so they need to reflect you, your values and hopes and dream for the future. Lets get creative! How did you meet, what do you love about each other....... so much to cover and I will curate a beautiful script that will stand the test of time.
Will we know you before our special day or do you just officiate at the wedding celebration??
Absolutely! We will meet face to face (or via zoom if time is an issue) and by the time I have chatted to you both and we will have met a few times, so on the big day you know me well and I will be your professional friend on the day. I will be there to calm any wedding day jitters if required and ensure all runs smoothly.
