Can items be made to measure?
Yes, all of our dresses are handmade to order so you can have them made to a standard size or made to measure at no extra cost!
Can I change the bow/ribbon colour?
Yes! We have a wide range of ribbons and satin fabric so your dresses can be made to suit your colour scheme!
Do you offer samples?
Yes! If you are sure of colours samples can be purchased and posted to you!
Can I visit you?
No, sorry we are just online now! But if it’s colours you are unsure on we offer samples! We can also help with sizing just message!
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns as everything is handmade to order! We do accept exchanges as long as they’re not made to measure of custom!
How long does ordering take?
Once you have ordered, orders take around 4/6 weeks to be made and then UK shipping is 1/3 working days and international is 3/10 depending on country!
