FAQS
How do you do photo and video at the same time?!
On very small weddings during the pandemic, I started making short video clips in between photos. This was initially a surprise highlight video for people who had barely any guests present and weren't allowed a videographer etc. It has grown into a method that my assistant shooter uses also. Ben and myself take photos and videos all day, two people leaving your wedding with the content equivalent of two videographers and two photographers.
What is the benefit of having photo & video with you rather than a different supplier?
We don't get in each other's way spoiling shots. We take half as long with any video or photoshoot moments like the couple shoot. We don't get in your way (there's two of us instead of four). We can light a dance floor or speeches the best way for photos & videos, maintaining the ambience. Pricing less than two separate companies. I can keep going!
Will you go completely unnoticed or are you a huge personality?
My aim is to be a quiet guest at your wedding. Shooting from the inside out. Of course, I will be noticed when leading the group photos and when we are on the couple shoot. It always comes down to you, the couple how much involvement I have in your day!
Why do you shoot weddings, aren't they stressful and hard work?!
The thrill. There is no buzz like it. It's just not the same as taking a photo of a product or a river. When it makes someone feel something - it makes me feel amazing. I am blessed to be able to do this for work and support my family from my passion. Yes, weddings are probably the most stressful type of photography and some weddings can be wild! But this is why it just doesn't get boring!
