FAQS
What advice would you give to couples?
Your photographer will spend more time around you than any other supplier, so making sure you like them as people, is just as important as loving their portfolio. Ask to meet them in person before the day so you get to know them a little too. It will make you feel so much more relaxed on your wedding day having done so.
Why do we need two photographers?
We have worked together for 6 years and decided to do that because it delivers far higher quality coverage for your wedding. Firstly it means one of us can capture the classic elegant angles as the day unfolds, whilst the other can work on creating your artistic images to compliment them. Secondly, we can split up and cover different things at the same time without compromising quality. An example being the early part of the day where you and your other half tend to be in different places.
How will you help us feel relaxed in front of the camera?
None of our clients are experienced having photos taken. One of the skills you are investing in is our ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We have a lot of experience working with all different types of people and personalities. It is great fun we promise.
What do we do if it rains?
Whilst we hope it doesn’t rain it really doesn’t affect the quality of your photos. We actually love the opportunities that come with rain and have taken some award-winning photos using it in our images.
Our wedding is mostly at night, will that affect the quality of photography?
The thing we are probably best known for is our use of creative lighting at dark weddings. We absolutely love photographing at night. So much atmosphere and intimacy can be captured and it really makes our style stand out. We always tell clients still deciding on their photographer to ask to see the photos from a wedding taken at night. It really marks out the best photographers from the rest.
