Do you offer Full Wedding Planning only?

Not at all! - we love talking through your vision and creating your dream wedding for you (Full Planning), but we also offer Partial Planning, (where we create a planning roadmap for you, consult and advise you each month, keep your planning on track, suggest vendors, help you make the most of your budget, nail your timings for the day and coordinate your wedding), Wedding Design and Styling only or just Wedding Coordination - which includes your set up and rehearsal day also! We can also create a bespoke package for you, based on what you actually need to create your perfect wedding.

Where do you plan weddings?

We are based in Yorkshire but work anywhere in the UK and Balearic Islands. Our favourite places include the Cotswolds, London, The Lake District, Surrey & South Downs and West Sussex - but tell us your dream location and we'll see you there

How long have you been planning weddings?

We have been planning weddings since 2015 and working in events for much, much longer than that!

If we wanted something a bit different (carousel, tree-lined boulevard, ride in on a unicorn...) can you help?

Absolutely! We believe that your wedding should be as beautiful and unique as you are - we love creating extraordinary weddings; bring your ideas and let us make magic.

Do you plan weddings in (our) family homes?

Yes, we began by specialising in marquee weddings; creating venues from scratch. We are logistic-focused, so you can relax and know we have a wet-weather plan for your drinks reception, a sunny weather plan for your chocolate-covered cake, and ground-level bathrooms for your guests that have additional access needs...

We have a very large wedding party, can you work with 250+ guests?

Of course! The more the merrier!

If you’re thinking of having a DIY wedding, don’t underestimate how much work is involved and how nice it is to leave someone else in charge of the operation. It is your one and only wedding day, the only time in your life you’ll have so many people there to spend time with you – the last thing you want to be doing is thinking about whether the cheese board has gone out, whether the furniture has been moved and what time it is/what you need to be doing next. Lindsay was literally the best decision/investment we made for the whole weekend and I cannot recommend her enough! Not only that but every supplier she recommended was incredibly flexible and lovely. We could not be happier with how our wedding weekend worked out. Absolutely NOTHING was too much to ask (and I really pushed the boundaries!) and not once did I see her smile drop – that’s because she is 100% genuine and dedicated to making other people happy. She is incredibly calm and pragmatic in a crisis and she is just such a lovely person, I am actually so happy to have met Lindsay and had her as part of our wedding weekend. Lindsay truly made our wedding day. Hiring Lindsay as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made with our wedding. We got married at a church and then had the reception at my parents-in-law’s home with yurts in the garden. We realised about a month before the wedding that we could only do so much planning in advance, and that we really needed someone’s help on the day to make everything run smoothly. Lindsay helped us so much more than just doing that though. Hiring Lindsay was by far the single best thing we spent money on for the wedding. At a time when we were feeling incredibly stressed with planning, her amazing energy, expertise and focus on what we wanted to achieve immediately put us at ease. Lindsay gave us a huge amount of support in such a short space of time, from sorting all suppliers, holding the most organised pre-wedding meetings with our wedding party, and even coordinating our mothers decorating the hallway! On the day there was a lot going on, with so many suppliers and being held at a home rather than a traditional venue, and we honestly don’t think it would have been anywhere near as amazing without Lindsay. Lindsay snuck us around the back of the house for our arrival and confetti throw, she organised our sparklers walkway (and stopped anyone from setting me alight!), sorted out any little issues that arose and just generally made our dream wedding day a reality. Lindsay’s work meant that our wedding day went exactly as planned, we couldn’t (and still can’t) believe how everything came together so perfectly. We are still on cloud nine since our day, and our wedding would in no way have been as amazing without Lindsay’s involvement. If you are considering hiring Lindsay we would 100% recommend her, she truly made our day.
