FAQS
Describe your style of wedding photography?
I capture weddings with a creative documentary style that's very relaxed, fun and natural - nothing too posed or staged. I'm all about capturing moments candidly and creatively, not creating them with forced poses, just be yourselves, have the best day and i'll capture it all; images of the two of you, all your guests, the setup and scenery & setting, food & drink, games, details such as the bands set list. A collection of 600+ hand edited images that tell the story of your amazing day.
We love your candid style but would like some posed group photos, is that ok?
Yes I capture a pre-arranged list of group photos of the wedding party, families and friends at almost every wedding and these can be as formal or informal as you like. I recommend keeping the list as short as possible though - for your sanity more than anything.
How many hours do you stay for?
With my all day photography, I start a few hours before the ceremony to capture the build-up and getting ready photos and I'll be with you all day until late into the evening. I’m not a wedding photographer who has the car running straight after first dance. Photographing first dance is always a special moment and I enjoy getting creative with off-camera flash to capture eye-catching images. I’m there for at least one hour after your first dance capturing images of the party in full swing. All day coverage in the summer months is often 10am to 10pm.
How many photographs will we receive?
An all day wedding you’ll receive a minimum of 600 edited images. All images are full resolution, no watermarks, provided on bamboo USB and website gallery which you share with your friends and family.
Can you provide video too?
Yes I offer two options for video - 1. I can film your ceremony & speeches whilst photographing at the same time using 2 of my 4 cameras on tripods including a discreet microphone for professional sound. 2. If you'd like a cinematic style wedding video and highlights video of your wedding day, I can recommend videographers to you.
How do we book you?
Booking me is nice and simple, I send you my website booking form and bank details for the 25 percent booking fee. Once both of those have been received, that’s me booked for your wedding day. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.
