The most amazing day The team at Maunsel has been absolutely brilliant from the outset from our original pre-Covid plans all the way through to our (twice) replanned mini wedding for 15. We genuinely had the most amazing day and couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything ran so smoothly, the team were wonderful both on the day and the night before. The food was absolutely gorgeous and it felt incredibly special just having our chosen few there. Despite everything going on lately it did not take away from the charm of the house and we are really glad we went through with our mini-mony. Very much looking forward to coming back in 2022 for our bigger, original reception.

Can’t stop smiling and can’t say enough about how wonderful Maunsel House is!!! The house and gardens are stunning, the food was delicious but most of all - the team there are absolutely amazing. So flexible, friendly, professional and relaxed, and really made our day so special. Wedding in the garden was beyond perfect but we really liked that the indoor ceremony room was bright and beautiful if it did rain. We feel so lucky to have found this place, will be having anniversaries there in years to come.

We held our wedding at Maunsel House on 20th July 2019 and are absolutely blown away with how smoothly the day went. From the second we walked through the front door of Maunsel a year and a half ago, we knew we couldn’t hold our wedding anywhere else. The decor, history, quirkinesses and attention to detail had us captivated from the start and we fell in love. Throughout the whole process of booking our wedding and planning the day, the staff at Maunsel have been incredible. Our extra special thanks go to Charlotte who went above and beyond to help us with decision making and special little touches for our day. Also big thanks to Michaela and Sandra who were so amazing on the day. Running around and helping us with any last minute requests and making sure our guests were all enjoying themselves. We can’t thank you enough. Finally big thanks to Sir Ben for opening your home to us. Every single one of our guests commented on what an amazing place Maunsel is and one of my bridesmaids is even considering it for her own wedding now too! If you’re considering booking a wedding (or any event/stay at Maunsel) then stop considering and just go ahead and book it as I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Had our wedding at Maunsel House this weekend and the venue and staff could not have been better. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to ensure the day was perfect. The setting is beautiful and the house is one of the most fascinating and interesting places around. I would 100% recommend this venue to any couple considering it as a venue for their big day.
