Do you offer a guided venue visit
Yes, once you have booked my full planning wedding services, I will accompany you on a location and venue visit to show you some of your chosen favourite venues, explore the area, sample the menus and meet some suppliers. This is also a great chance to check out any potential extra guest accommodation if required. This one trip is included in my fee but for any extra accompanied visits an extra cost will incur.
Why do you need a wedding planner?
I will help you find the perfect venue as I know them from personal experience, years of research and many, many visits. I will save you a great deal of time and take away a lot of the stress of planning a destination wedding. I know well and have long standing relationships with reliable suppliers in the country of your choice, for items such as flowers, transport, accommodation, catering, make up and hair experts etc and will deal with them directly so you don't have to... and will usually save you money too! I know many great photographers to recommend for those memories! But, I am also more than happy to work with any suppliers you want to bring with you, giving them any help they need. I handle all of the set up on the day and deal with all the suppliers leaving you to relax and enjoy your day. While there are a million things I love about what I do, such as travelling, creating magical memories, getting to know the most inspiring people, my favourite thing is getting to know my incredible clients, realising their dreams and bringing people together in the most unique places. Unlike an on-site coordinator, I work for YOU...not anyone else, so I am dedicated to YOUR needs not those of the big corporations, the venue, tour operator or hotels. I am there with you for the entire duration of your stay from the day you arrive to the day after the wedding itself, and beyond if other activities or get togethers are arranged. I am an expert at handling any behind the scenes problems that may occur normally without you being aware of it. I have successfully managed hundreds of weddings so I am prepared for everything! I am an expert in legal paperwork requirements and if I don't know the answer I know who to ask and how to check - dont rely on Facebook for information as a lot of things on there are incorrect! Don't assume that doing business in other countries is the same as in the UK, it isn't! I know how the system works and more importantly I know, and are friends with, all the marriage officers, the church, venue owners, town hall officials, translators, celebrants, florists, transport companies etc - it is all about personal contacts that I have built up over the last 15 years. Planning a wedding is time consuming and very hard work, I work very long hours for you, answering emails and phone calls at anytime of the day or night so you can have the perfect, stress free and memorable wedding day of your dreams.
