Why do I need a 2 day hire?
As we are a blank canvas, everything needs to be put into place from the lighting to the flowers. An average set up time is 8 hours, so we break it into two days. On the Friday the lighting/large décor is put into place & then the furniture is set up. This gives you and family/friends time in the afternoon to set up flowers/table plan/place cards etc. The final touches will be carried out by our staff and your suppliers on the day, so you only need to worry about getting ready!
What is it included in the hire?
We offer a dry hire so that you can personalise your wedding. Included with the venue come 12 round tables, 12 trestle tables 150 white or black chairs, sound system, static screen, festoon lights in the dining area, parking and on the day staff. Our wedding manager will also be here to help you in every stage of the planning, from suggesting suppliers and décor to drawing up your timeline and floorplan with you and coordinating all your suppliers.
Do you allow outside catering?
No. We think that our in house caterers Relish are superb and really accommodating. They can provide all type of foods from a traditional English meals to mezzes, Mexican or curries! They are open to all sorts of services such us sit down meals, buffets, BBQs or even live cooking stations. You are of course welcome to bring your own cake and cheese and they provide corkage options too.
How do I book a showround?
We hold viewings on most wedding mornings, before wedding guests arrive. It's the best time to see the venue dressed up and in its full glory! To check the next available date please email eider@paintworksbristol.co.uk
