Where are you based?

I live in South Aberdeenshire but don't let that limit you! I travel to all areas of Scotland (I have been to all corners and even the islands) to help create your perfect wedding.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, absolutely! I specialise in destination weddings here in Scotland and love working with clients from all over the world, from LA to Singapore, Dubai to Sydney, I have had clients from every corner of the globe. I am used to the challenges faced with different timezones and planning from afar, I hope to help you put your mind at ease and be your trusted "feet on the ground" here in Scotland.

What is your fee?

I work on a flat fee basis and not a percentage of your budget, services start from £150 for our virtual advisory sessions to £5,000 for our full service planning. I also love to create bespoke services for clients, tailored to their individual needs and budget, get in touch and let's chat through your requirements.

Should we chat first before booking?

Definitely! You will spend more time with your wedding planner than any other supplier (need a new wedding bestie? that's me!) It is so important to get to know the person you will be planning your wedding with and make sure they are a good fit for your vision of your day. I would always insist on chatting with you prior to booking (this can be done in person over tea and cake or virtually). This allows you to ask endless questions and really get a feel for how I can help you.

Why should I hire a wedding planner?

There are so many reasons, both general and personal as to you why you should hire a wedding planner. Our top 3 reasons are: 1. Time - When time is such a precious resource in our day to day lives and we are always wishing for more of it (who doesn't wish we had an extra day at the weekend or several hours each day) why would you not want to gain more time back? Planning a wedding can take around 250 hours and then some, that's an entire month (weekends included) of a 9-5 job, who has that time spare? We do! Whilst there will still be some time involvement on your part, we will take on the bulk of it. That's a whole month of time given back to you to go on date nights, coffee shop visits, holidays, naps and cosy nights in. 2. Mental Wellness - There is so much focus now on mental health and wellness (thank goodness!) There is no avoiding that planning a wedding can be stressful or can cause stressful situations. Tap in to our wealth of experience and let us eliminate that stress and be your guide through the stressful situations and beyond. 3. Ensure your day is perfection - everything we do is for your special day. Rest safe in the knowledge that we got you! No detail will be overlooked as we pour over every aspect of your day, creating a flawless and extensive wedding timeline and being their on the day to orchestrate every last touch perfectly so you can relax and immerse yourself in your day with your love.

What type of venues do you work with?

Essentially I will go anywhere you need me. From my extensive experience I do specialise in exclusive use venues (venues you hire out just for you and your guests for a period of time), client/family homes and marquee weddings. Whether it is working in a venue with no on site coordinator, constructing an entire site from scratch at a treasured family home or dealing with the unique logistics relating to a marquee wedding, I have seen it all and, more importantly, had so much fun while being a part of it!

What experience do you have?

I started my wedding planning business in September 2007 and have been incredibly lucky to be part of literally hundreds of weddings over the past almost 17 years. I have seen it ALL! I have worked in every type of venue in every corner of Scotland and have a wealth of knowledge and experience for you to utilise. Despite me doing this for the best part of two decades, I am still utterly obsessed with weddings & love and it fills me with such joy when a couple chooses me to help create their dream day with them. Let's chat! I wholeheartedly believe in "a problem shared, a problem halved". Wedding planning can absolutely be overwhelming, especially when you're at the very beginning. "Where do I even start?" might be where your head is at right now, let me help. We can have a chat and make sense of all the ideas and thoughts going round in your head and work together to create a plan for what's next. This is why I started our Virtual Advisory Sessions (2 hour sessions to essentially pick my brain on anything wedding related you like at any stage of the planning process). If you are thinking of hiring a planner to take care of everything for you, we still start with a chat to clear your head of all the ideas whirling around and start to create your wedding vision.


My husband and I both agree that Rebecca is definitely the unsung hero of our wedding day. From the very first meeting we had with her, I knew that we had found an absolute gem to entrust with our festive Christmas wedding. Her personality is just lovely and she listens but at the same time can read your mind and brings to life your visions. She arrived early on the morning of the wedding and I didn't have to think about anything other than getting myself ready. She did absolutely everything and listened to everything I had said. She set up for the ceremony without fuss and NOTHING is too much trouble for this lady. She was there to turn the room around for the meal and then again for the evening reception, each time creating a different masterpiece. Words don't seem enough when trying to thank Rebecca for her hard work and efforts, she made our day visually unforgettable. Wedding services of any kind are usually very expensive but I did not grudge a single penny spent on Rebecca as she really did take any stress away from the day. I recommend her to anyone and everyone as I'm not sure how we would have managed without her.
