Jon and Mary shot our wedding photos earlier this month and they are absolutely amazing photographers and people! Great communication from start to finish. We both don’t enjoy being photographed, but wanted something to remember the day and both of them made us feel so at ease throughout. Jon and Mary have been absolutely brilliant. They have done both our engagement and wedding photos. We thought our engagement photos were stunning, but the wedding photos have blown us away! They not only took amazing photos, but went the extra mile for us on our wedding day, including helping with the wedding dress and sorting out the groomsmen’s pinholes! Fantastic photographers but also fantastic people! We cannot thank them enough! Definitely book them!

Jon and Mary were the photographers for our April 2022 wedding at the Oakwood at Ryther in North Yorkshire. The moments they captured and the pictures they sent to us were amazing. They arrived and were so friendly and reassuring right from the off, Jon at the house where the Groom/groomsmen were getting ready and Mary at the venue where the Bride/bridesmaids. We therefore have fantastic photos of both groups getting ready. Jon was also key in ensuring that the men’s buttonholes were properly applied and they stayed in place all day. Since Mary and Jon are a duo we have photos of the ceremony from both looking up and down the aisle which makes for all angles of the couple and guests to be covered so we can really relive the moment when looking back at them. We were especially excited for the confetti photos as we had seen in their previous work and we were not disappointed. We had further group shots, which despite there being an awful lot of family members to sort out, was done with minimal fuss. Couples shots were then beautifully shot, capturing the feeling and emotions we were going through perfectly. Finally we had amazing shots of the wedding breakfast, speeches and dance floor captured in the evening, with us and our guests fully enjoying the moment. They were both not intrusive in the slightest and we didn’t even notice they were there for most of the time. Our sneak peaks gallery was sent to us within a couple of days, which meant we could upload the all important social media update using our professional pictures! We got to relive the whole day again with our families when looking through the full album which they delivered in just 6 weeks! We can’t recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a pair of lovely, down to earth photographers who capture your special day as it happens.

What can we say about Jon and Mary? Impeccable service delivered by two warm and friendly people who blended into our wedding day as well as any of the guests!
