Does The Box offer any other drinks in addition to bubbles?
Yes - whilst champagne and sparkling wines are our speciality, other drinks can be provided - these include wine, beer (bottled), cider (bottled), spirits, non-alcoholic options. We don't profess to be experts in making cocktails, but can add a couple of pre-agreed ones to our menu if required.
What sort of packages do you offer?
We like to think that we can tailor a package to fit your event and budget. In general terms, we can offer pre-paid options, a cash bar set up or "dry hire" (where you provide the drinks). Or a combination of any of the above! It's probably best to get in touch to discuss what suits you, and we will do our best to accommodate. A booking fee applies across all packages, and covers set up and staff costs. This includes a deposit, which would be needed to secure our services.
What requirements does The Box have, should I wish to hire you?
- The Box is a converted horse trailer, so it is important your venue has enough room and space, including access to and from the location onsite, and a suitable pitch (rocky hillsides are a bit tricky!!!) - Power is a nice-to-have, but we have a generator if not - We would need to know if we have to apply for a Temporary Event Notice - some venues are already licensed, but others may not be. The TEN will allow us to sell / provide alcohol for your event - A deposit would be required to secure a booking
Does The Box use recyclables?
Yes we do. Where possible, we use glass, but if we have to use plastic glassware, we buy recyclable options. We try and collect our glasses back in so that we know they can be recycled, and or, we will wash them and use them again.
