HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE ORDER OUR STATIONERY?

This all depends on the complexity of the order and your custom requirements. It’s important to get in touch as soon as possible to book your space. SAVE THE DATES AND INVITATIONS I recommend you get your save the dates or invitations out straight away, communicating your wedding date to your guests is key! Depending on the quantity of the order and customisation options, the total process usually takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks from placing your order. ON-THE-DAY STATIONERY AND SIGNAGE Ranging from menus, place cards, table numbers, welcome signs, table plans etc… On-the-day stationery can be booked at any point and at the same time as your invitations (with the later this will be placed on hold until required). The reason for booking early is to secure your design place and to ensure we have capacity to take on your order and complete it in time. 8 weeks prior to your wedding date I will be in touch with you to discuss all the finer details and you will be required to supply your wording and guest names. All on-the-day stationery and signage will be delivered 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Please make sure you allow enough time when placing your order, as you don’t want to feel rushed especially at the design stage.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes, I always recommend purchasing one of my stationery sample packs before ordering your stationery. This will give you a chance to see and feel card stocks as well as print/shape finishes from my collection designs. Sample packs are made up of current stock samples (from various current client orders) and you will be given as close to your preference as possible (samples are not made to order). You will also receive a digital print colour chart with popular colour choices showing how these colours can print. The colours shown on our printed colour palette and on samples are a guide only. When you do go ahead with an order the cost of the sample pack is reimbursed against your order.

Yes, my personalised (online) consultations will provide clarity and guidance no matter what stage of planning you are at. A one-on-one online consultation with me will take away the stress of planning and save you time by utilising my expertise and recommendations. Let me help you make all those important stationery and signage decisions to style out your wedding day.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING?

Yes, all proofs are supplied electronically via PDF. If you require physical printed proofs this will incur additional costs. The proofing process is where you will have the opportunity to review your order and make any necessary changes before approving it for print and production.
