FAQS
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE ORDER OUR STATIONERY?
I would advise that you start the invitation process at least 12 months prior to your wedding date or as early as possible to allow enough time for design, production and delivery. I recommend booking early to guarantee your place, you don’t want to feel rushed especially at the design stage.

Take a look at my carefully designed collections and choose one that matches your event style perfectly. Whether you’re looking for save the dates and invitations or you need on-the-day stationery and signage. My collections show you all the ways you can make your event stationery cohesive from start to finish. Prices start from £190.00 Each collection is semi-customisable from altering the colour palette, changing the wording, opting for a more luxurious card, shape, printing method or adding some beautiful extra finishing touches. Love my style but haven’t found something that sets your heart on fire? Then let me create something completely bespoke just for you! Prices start from £300.00. It is important from the beginning to be realistic about your budget so that I can make recommendations to help and suit your desired budget.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
As my invitations are so bespoke, I don’t sell suite specific samples. However, I do offer bespoke sample packs which are £15.00 and include a selection of different invitation suites and on-the-day items in all four of my printing methods (letterpress, hot foil, digital print and white ink). Sample packs can be ordered from the homepage of my website.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT UP FRONT?
I understand all weddings are different, which is why I offer individual tailored quotes. After I’ve received your request, I will create a cost estimate and detailed project outline for you based on your preferences. On approval of this estimate, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and before any design work can begin. Depending on your requirements and package the remaining balance is due in different stages. Upon approval of final digital PDF proofs the remaining balance would be due before anything is sent to print.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY STATIONERY?
For bespoke designs this can take up to 6-8 weeks from initial consultation. It really depends on the complexity of the design and if you would like a single item or a full stationery package. For my house collections this can take up to 3 weeks for design, print and delivery. It’s important to get in touch as soon as possible to book your place in my diary. Each month I have a limit to the number of clients I work with to ensure that each couple receives the highest level of attention and service.
WHAT PRINT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Just in case you’re not sure what the different printing processes are. Digital printing – This option is the most cost effective and most common form of printing. White Ink – This means that the ink appears as a colour in a design, like printing white text onto a coloured paper stock. Letterpress printing – This form of printing is very luxurious and high-end, with a stunning finish. Hot foiling – The process of using heat and pressure to apply foil lettering or illustrations to your stationery. Digital foil – The process of applying a hot stamping foil to an ink or varnish, without the requirement of a die or plates.
