Do you charge corkage

No corkage, and the ability to provide the alcohol for your welcome/tables drinks should you wish.

Do you have accomodation

We have no accommodation on-site, but as part of our wedding coordination package we will locate places to stay locally

What is your capacity

We can seat 250 guests, and there is free secure parking on-site for 350 cars

What is included in your wedding package

We provide seating and tables for 100 guests, a dancefloor, a catering tent with power/water supply and full event coordination from booking until the last guest leaves

How long do we get the venue

We are a three day exclusive hire, and you will have sole access to the barn across those days, with access the day before to decorate, and the day after your event to de-rig.

From the moment we stepped inside The Octagon Barn we knew it had to be our venue. It’s a stunning and totally unique building, with the complete flexibility that we needed so that we could have caterers of our choice and the ability to stock our own bar without the corkage. It can be dressed in so many ways to make it your own. Sammi was brilliant, throughout the planning process and on the day. Our wedding was planned in secret as it was a surprise disguised as a party so we had a few extra logistics to deal with on the day but it couldn’t have gone any more perfectly.
