Victoria was incredible from start to finish. She was our support out in France throughout our entire process. If there was a need to discuss any areas or concerns of our day, she would prioritise her time to discuss these elements and to ensure all our needs and preferences were met. Regarding flowers, Vic played an important role in bringing our visual design to life. All communication prior to our event was so punctual and she carefully listened to our comments to ensure a complete understanding which resulted in an accurate outcome. If there were any amendments to be made, these were completed in a timely manner so it was another thing we could ‘tick off and put to bed’ before our Big Day. She went above and beyond her ‘call of duty’ as a florist and stylist… anything we didn’t know, she did. Having such a strong level of trust in someone brought us a sense of calm and comfort at home in England. Before our big day, Vic gave us the confidence that everything would be perfect on the day, but the outcome was better than we could have imagined. Vic had the tricky task of not only styling our day, but also being our coordinator so we understood her hands were full ! That said, Vic went above and beyond our expectations with her exceptional floral design and styling on our wedding day. In addition, she expertly coordinated the day herself, ensuring she provided nothing but a flawless and unforgettable experience for Nick, myself and our family and friends. If you’re looking for a talented and dedicated florist, stylist and wedding coordinator (!) there isn’t high enough praise for Vic. Where do I begin! Firstly, thank you so much for making our day so special. I cannot believe that it’s all over, however I know that I will find a way to work with you again! You completely understood my vision, and I trusted you fully to make me the most bespoke and unique wedding flowers. All of our guests, and everyone who has seen photos have commented on how special they were. The pandemic really made us learn to appreciate the little things, and having made such a special bond with our suppliers over that (slightly longer than planned!) duration of time we really value each and every one of you. I felt so quickly that I was working with my friend, throwing ideas around, and bouncing photos and messages back and forth. I know that all of that is extra time and effort but it really is appreciated. I’ve now got my forever flowers to keep reliving the most perfect day over and over again. We may not be hosting another wedding but we do hope to stay in touch and I will forever be recommending you! Thank you once again, the photos are about 6 weeks away. Victoria was without a doubt the best supplier we worked with throughout the entire process of organising our wedding. Vic got in touch very early on to get a sense of our style and vision. From then onwards, she was in touch frequently with ideas, suggestions, and ways to make the styling and flowers even more stunning and impactful. It felt like we were her only wedding and of course that was not the case! Vic responded within hours of us reaching out with any question, and always responded with a solution or idea that had been carefully thought through. Although we went for quite an extravagant package, there were times when we needed to adjust and make some savings. Vic always found creative ways of cutting costs and maintaining the vision we had dreamed of. We could not have asked for a better supplier. The flowers, decor and styling absolutely exceeded our expectations and trust us, they were high! We truly loved every single aspect of the flowers, décor, and styling. The big display arrangements on top of the wine barrels at the top of the altar were absolutely stunning, the décor on the window sills were beautiful, the arrangements on the tables were just perfect and my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets were just what I had imagined. Everything was elegant and really beautiful, it all came together, and it was just like we had envisioned it. Vic was hands down our favourite person to work with, not just at Chateau de Lisse but amongst all our suppliers. In the lead up to the wedding she was responsive, solution-oriented, approachable, kind, delivered as promised and just generally a lovely person to work with. On the wedding day itself Vic truly showed how much she cared and how important it was for her to make our day absolutely perfect. Due to the 45 degree heat, we had to make an impromptu decision to move the wedding from the courtyard to the chapel – a decision taken half way through the ceremony. Despite the sudden and unexpected changes, Vic did absolutely everything to decorate the chapel there and then. She carried our stunning (and very heavy!) flower arrangements into the chapel, she lit so many beautiful candles to make the chapel romantic, and she ran around to do everything possible to make us happy. We felt that she did so much more than so many other suppliers would have done and we were so unbelievably grateful for her genuine efforts to make our day perfect. We would absolutely recommend Vic to any couple getting married. She is everything you hope a supplier will be and more. She has excellent taste, style, a great sense of humour, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a creative and solution-oriented approach. She truly understands what you are picturing and she makes it happen. She is a true joy to work with. We would work with Vic again in a second and would 100% recommend Vic to any couple getting married.

I’m usually a bit of a control freak but the Skype chats with you put me at ease and I felt I could completely trust you to put together all my ideas and the styling of the day. You also were not afraid to be honest and tell me if you didn’t think things would work so well and gave me lots of new ideas to think about... Everything was perfect and I felt so relaxed during the wedding planning! You are not only amazing at your job but such a lovely person the day wouldn’t have been the same without you! Nothing was too much trouble. I had so many ideas I wanted my day to look like. You made my dreams come true! Even the weather.... I’m not sure how you managed that one! It was predicted to thunder and rain on that one day out of all the week and I remember you saying to me we are setting everything up outside still as it will be fine and it was! Our sensational florist Victoria who didn’t just do beautiful flowers for our day she was such a vital help with transportation, decorations, booking tables, and hire services getting quotes from sometimes very frustrating companies as it was such a busy season in France. The flowers were the best part of my wedding, honestly just stunning. Even down to 2 days before the big day, the flower supplier in France said, “we couldn’t get those flowers the bride wanted so we’ve substituted them with a small white flower nothing like the King proteas you actually wanted!!” Both mortified but trying to be understanding, I said it is what it is and didn’t expect to get my favourite flowers, but I knew Victoria would do an amazing job no matter what. But Victoria did not take no for an answer and two days before the wedding called every contact and supplier she knew and eventually managed to get the fabulous proteas. Truly going above and beyond; that time and perseverance made me so emotional that someone would do that for us and go to all that effort for a flower (they are the most beautiful flowers you have ever seen) but still it utterly blew me away and I will NEVER forget all Victoria’s amazing work and I have endless love for that incredible lady.
