STYLE

So we couldn't talk about the style without beginning with the show-stopping boho gowns. The lacy crochet detail and low backs just ooze summer vibes. Stood opposite the grooms crisp and casual suit we can't help but think this is a match made in wedding outfit heaven? The birds of paradise wedding make up was full of warm orange tones to match the tropical florals, and the bleach blonde waves and plaits are as beautifully boho as it gets! We also just have to mention the handmade recycled rings from Recommended supplier Nikki Stark which have a simple elegance. The perfect choice for the couple who like to wander!

THE DETAILS

The standout star (besides the gorgeous couple) was the campervan that can really do it all. Glitter bar, photo booth and cocktail bar? This van completed it and looked stunning doing it all dressed up in tropical flowers. Speaking of flowers, the beautiful blooms simply took this birds of paradise wedding inspiration to another level. The colours! The palm leaves! Not to mention the incredible tropical bridal bouquet and crown that took us out of this world and dropped us on a beach in Hawaii. We're planning to stay here a while and plan our dream Devon elopement. All we'll need is a campervan cocktail or two...

The colour scheme was a tropical palette of burnt orange, dark green and ivory.

We had tropical flowers and a fun boho festival feel from the gorgeous campervan. It was transformed into a photo booth, glitter bar and cocktail bar throughout the day!

This birds of paradise wedding inspiration was the boho Hawaii crossover we didn't know we needed, but now can't live without. The fact it was shot in Devon is just the cherry on top of the cake! So if you're planning your own Devon wedding we've got plenty of inspiration for you. However if you're now thinking tropical is the only way forward (or you just want to see some parrots. yes, we're serious.) then you'll want to check out this incredible wedding in South Africa. It's a bit further down the road than Devon, but oh boy was it worth it...
