What Made Our Day Unique
The Irish culture has a lot of traditions that were new to me: passing of the rings, handfasting, etc. and we were sure to include those in the ceremony. With over 75 people flying over from America, it was fun knowing that my friends and family from the US were also experiencing a wedding in a new way and in a different country. Being surrounded by the most important people in our lives was a humbling, surreal experience.
Blue Wedding DressLet's all show our appreciation for Madeline's absolutely incredible, custom made, Claire la Faye, blue wedding dress. Made from the finest tulle, with layer upon layer of gorgeousness. Those shots of her twirling in the field and walking down the steps of Irish wedding venue Killruddery House & Gardens literally left me breathless. As did the Orangery ceremony room. Such a gorgeous space to say I do, filled with light and love.
