Hannah in her Ghost wedding dress, the setting, the venue… well, this micro wedding is seriously ticking all the boxes! Having an intimate ceremony with just 12 guests, Hannah & Oscar were able to have the day they always dreamed of. Their day was a wintery dream, complete with a Christmas tree and bauble wedding favours! Hannah carried a preserved flower bouquet, which will last up to 1 year - a fantastic sustainable option. The styling was reflective of the season, with deep colours and a candlelit dinner, all perfectly captured by recommended supplier, Imogen Eve Photography. This was the fourth version of our wedding! Every time we had to ‘think again’ we bought the date forward instead of pushing it back.
ADVICE
Try not to let other people’s opinions mar your day in any way. Weddings are still a really special and symbolic union. They really aren’t about anyone but you!
VENUE
Having our wedding at such a beautiful and memorable place as Cliveden was really special. It’s local to us, so we can visit any time for afternoon tea, or a walk around the National Trust grounds.
Hannah’s Ghost wedding dress was perfectly finished with her burnt orange velvet shoes - we are loving them!
Sometimes you just need to get married! We have been together for over ten years and have two daughters, so it was just the right time for us, COVID or not. We shared the day with just our parents and six of our friends. It was so intimate and that was seriously special. I would not change a thing!
