We either found our suppliers via our wonderful wedding planners, good old Google or having an Instagram stalk and trying to find other couples who married either at the same venue or a similar part of Sicily to see what suppliers they used/recommended!

Tanya & Michael

Destination Wedding

Hosting a destination wedding is no mean feat, but Tanya & Michael make it look effortless, don't they? They wanted to give everyone a real taste of Sicily as this was their first-holiday destination together. Everything Tanya & Michael chose, from the wedding venue to the catered food, was carefully considered. They even incorporated a Ugandan element on Friday night before the wedding ceremony to honour Tanya's heritage. Inspiration came from lots of Pinterest curating their love of Sicily vibes.

Jane Hill Bridal Gown

Real bride Tanya paired her Jane Hill Bridal gown sporting a one-shoulder design and thigh-high slit with retro sunglasses (an essential for every destination wedding in our eyes.) Doesn't she looks killer?! Her bridesmaids look beautiful in blue mismatched bridesmaid dresses too. We love the capture of them surrounding her on the steps before she walks down the aisle. We also love the aisle flower arrangements and column flowers too. I bet the scent was amazing during the wedding ceremony.

Thinking about your something blue? How about blue bridesmaid dresses?

Be prepared that wedding planning can seem stressful sometimes - but it will be worth it. Michael and I loved researching ideas and looking into every option. Try to be decisive and confirm your choices. However your wedding day unfolds, you will have the best time and make wonderful memories!

Tanya visited lots of bridal boutiques before purchasing her Jane Hill Bridal gown. She eventually found the one at Halo & Wren Bridal who allowed her to try on many dresses to see which style suited her.
