We love featuring engagement sessions where the Bride is wearing fabulous clothes. It's a nice change from seeing gorgeous wedding gowns everyday ;) (We know, what a hardship...) And this evening's engagement shoot has double the dose of fashion as Jessica and Claudia BOTH have amazing style. Vintage finds, floral prints and fabulously full skirts, then smart lines, stylish trainers and shirts - both ladies look gorgeous. Their engagement shoot is fun, natural and full of smiles, Kitty Wheeler Shaw is definitely one to watch and I'm already excited to see this wedding...
Claudia and I met at the end of summer 2014 and almost immediately snapped together. It was a classic case of 'when you know, you know' and we were living together within a month! After spending Christmas with my family, Claudia took me to Rome for my birthday and proposed as we watched the sun set over the Colosseum from the top of Il Vitriano. Our wedding is going to be very timeless and elegant yet fun; vintage glamour with a lot of laughter and love. Vintage and retro fashion is a huge passion of mine so I'm very excited to show everyone the fabulous wedding dress it took me so long to find (although once I saw it, like Claudia, I knew it was for me!) My clothes in the engagement shoot are either vintage or from one of my three favourite retro shops: Lindy Bop, Pin Up Girl Clothing or Collectif - which has a shop in Brighton and where my fabulous coat is from. We collect antiques, particularly books and spend a lot of time following various artistic pursuits as our house reflects. It was an absolute pleasure to have Kitty follow us for the day, taking pictures and the results are amazing and so 'us'.
