Inspiration

Every capture by Kent wedding photographer's White Stag Wedding Photography is out of this world. Their fine art photography style, filled with light and romance was perfect for Natasha and Joseph's Spring wedding at Northbrook Park in Surrey. Prepare to fall for the white and green flowers, Natasha's stunning off the shoulder dress, and every gorgeous detail in between.

What Made Our Day Unique

We have always loved the idea of a laid-back outdoor wedding, but after looking at a number of venues we quickly came to the realisation that an English Spring doesn’t always come with the promise of bright blue skies and warm weather. So when we came across Northbrook Park we instantly fell in love with the outdoor feeling of the Orangery & the beautiful walled gardens that surrounds it – the ideal solution if the weather doesn’t play ball. Coupling that with the bright & glamourous Vine Room, the on-site self-catering accommodation for our guests, and the gorgeous peacocks wandering the grounds, as soon as we visited Northbrook we knew it was the venue for us.

Kent Wedding Photographer

Natasha and Joseph found their Kent wedding photographer's White Stag Wedding Photography through a recommendation at a tasting session with their caterers White Truffle Events. As soon as they saw their beautifully bright and natural photography style they knew they’d capture their day exactly how they’d dreamed. "Catherine & Andy were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and fitted into our day as if they were guests. As soon as our photo’s arrived we were completely overwhelmed with how they turned out – we are over the moon to have them as our memories of the day."

Inspiration & Styling

As Northbrook Park is gorgeous in its own right, we knew we wanted the styling for the day to be in-keeping by enhancing the bright & natural feel it already has. Our amazing florist The Floral Artisan dressed the Vine Room with a flurry of natural foliage and fern mixed with white garden roses and sweet peas to create a fresh botanical look. We were also keen to create a lot of the decorations ourselves as we wanted to have personal touches throughout. We created our welcome sign & table names using clear sheets of vinyl and POSCA pens, made our own sloe gin for favours by picking sloe berries on a cold morning in October and leaving to soak for 5 months, and Joes Dad built our very own cocktail bar (with accompanying embarrassing photo’s).

Entertainment was an aspect of Tash & Joe's wedding that they wanted to get just right. They wanted to make sure their day felt fun, relaxed and full of laughter. Accompanying a range of garden games, they also had a caricaturist during the reception drinks who gave their guests a nice keepsake to take away with them. And to start the evening off they had live music by Gravity, from RMW recommended suppliers Tailored Entertainment, who played a mix of old and new tunes ensuring guests os all ages were up on the dance floor.
