We've seen soo many couples having to postpone or cancel their destination wedding due to the pandemic. So it's lovely to see this destination wedding inspiration right here in the U.K at, Recommended venue The Larmer Tree. Knowing you can create those Mediterranean vibes and enjoy a reception alfresco is an absolute win-win. Of course, we won't talk about the great British weather! Our vision was to showcase boho vibes with a luxe, high-end edge. Demonstrating how boho doesn't always mean pampas grass and macrame.
LARMER TREEE
The inspiration came from The Larmer Tree itself with so many of the incredible buildings inspired by destinations all over the world. It was important for us to reflect that destination feel throughout the styling while maintaining the muted colours and bold monochrome used in those same buildings.
Beauty
The editorial-style hair was by the incredible Katya Valentina Hair. She included soft bridal updos and natural boho style locks. Both the girls looked fresh and natural with their destination makeup looks created by Amy Rose Makeup.
Fashion
The Rue de Seine and Yolan Cris wedding dresses from White Reflections Bridal were stunning and enhanced the high-end luxe and boho destination vibe. Statement sleeves, floral chevron lace and beautiful cut out details.
Destination vibes right here in the U.K!
Rebecca Marie Weddings created the shoot concept. The statement dresses from Rue de Seine paired with palms and gorgeous muted florals resulted in the ultimate destination wedding inspiration, here in the UK. A large floral installation hung above the table with modern furniture and touches of white throughout - We wanted to encourage couples planning their own wedding to try and do things their own way; taking inspiration from many different styles and combining them in a cohesive way.
