Inspiration

Mary-Anne & Sam were married on a scorching summers day at the picturesque (and Recommended Supplier Venue!) Launcells Barton in Cornwall. Their day was rustic and effortless. Complete with lots of greenery, and proteas in Mary-Anne’s bouquet to reflect her South African heritage! With a stunning floral arch for the ceremony, milk churns filled with flowers, and lights intertwined with foliage on beams. Their post-wedding sunset photo’s are positively stunning, be sure to check them out as your scroll through this gorgeous wedding!

Choose your suppliers carefully, share your vision with them and trust their expertise and experience. You’ll then be able to just relax in the knowledge that they’ve got it all sorted!

I’m a stickler for detail while Sam is more of a ‘big picture’ person so the majority of the wedmin fell to me with him providing ‘helpful’ input now and again…! We knew we wanted the day to feel relaxed, beautiful and above all happy, but hadn’t chosen a colour scheme until I found my dress. Suddenly, everything else fell into place, although of course Sam didn’t know that I was choosing colours to coordinate with my dress!

Launcells Barton

Launcells Barton is there for all your picture-perfect wedding day photos. Set in the beautiful Cornish countryside, we’re not entirely sure you’ll find a single fault with this venue. Complete with tractor rides, rolling hills, and sunset viewing straight out of a movie, you’ll be hard pushed to find a part that isn’t photo ready… you may find a few cows invading your party though…

Shortly before sunset, Matt brought round his tractor and we went up to a top field with views all the way to the sea for photos. It was so beautiful and romantic… then a herd of cows showed up to see what we were up to. It was particularly hilarious when two of the cows started humping right behind us! Luckily, Sam’s brother strolled up to see the sunset and turned out to be a bit of a cow-whisperer, keeping the cows from being too inquisitive.
