Boho Bridal Style
Lou the Bride:
I wore Alida Herbst
, with Topshop
shoes. Accessories wise, I wore a Cartier
watch and necklace, a bracelet borrowed from my mum and diamond studs from Lawsons Goldsmiths
in Henley on Thames.
Our photographer was Ed Godden
- what a wonderful man! He documented our day exactly as we wanted him to - he captured the sheer fun of the day without too many posed images - still love looking at the photos!
The dresses - various, all were able to choose exactly what they wanted to wear - any colour or style they wanted. The flower crowns and button holes were by Green and Gorgeous
The big floral pieces, bouquet, flower crowns and button holes were designed and arranged by Rachel at Green and Gorgeous
and she supplied the smaller centre piece and ceremony flowers and myself and the bridal party arranged them into jars the day before. As Green and Gorgeous is a flower farm, we went to look around the farm the week before to choose the flowers we wanted with Rachel's much needed advice to arrange the flowers. My mum Sandy Pond-Jones also grew loads of sunflowers in her garden and planted them into hand made crates built by her partner Nigel Grunwell. In addition to this, our good friend Ann Rancombe also grew some of her own flowers to add to the entrance to the ceremony.
