We are loving this intimate wedding at Markree Castle! With a 6 guest wedding, Charlotte & Christophers day was based around their personal tastes, and guided by their suppliers. With a first dance outside (those pictures - wow), and beautifully classic floral decor throughout, each aspect just gives us all those elegant vibes! We are ever so slightly obsessing over Charlotte’s gown. How stunning is that low back and full skirt? Oh, and that bridal headband!? Honestly, this whole day looks like it was made for Royalty.

The styling used was to complement and enhance the surroundings of Markree Castle. We knew it was the venue for us as soon as we saw the decadent dining room!
FAVOURITE MOMENT
We got to do our first dance outside in the courtyard of the castle, with live music, which we didn't think was possible with restrictions! In the end, this was allowed and it made us appreciate it even more. It was the simple things, like a sit down meal, a fresh pint of Guinness and being together, that made our day so special given the past year.
ADVICE
Whether it’s a wedding with 6 guests or over 100, your day is going to fly! My advice would be to make sure you have a photographer and/or videographer there to capture all of the magical moments for you – so you can relive your day over and over again!
VENUE
From the intimate ceremony, to having our first dance outside, to sitting down to our meal surrounded by the dreamiest tablescape and floral displays ever. Like honestly, when do you ever have a castle to yourself for a weekend?! It was magical and looking back on the day, we wouldn't change a thing.
This wedding feels as though it was filled with 100s of people! It must be all that love we can feel exuding from these gorgeous pictures.
No matter what, you are going to have the most amazing day (even if it is a little different to what you had originally planned)… and you will finally be able to say you’re married to your best friend!
