Could this mixed flower bouquet BE anymore beautiful? *Said in Chandler Bings voice*. Knowing exactly what they wanted from their big day, Emi & Jack ensured each aspect was as relaxed as possible. They read their own vows, and their marquee was decorated by Emi herself in a DIY job! From the flowers that hung above the tables, to the candles, to designing the stationery herself. We just can’t get enough of this colourful and love filled day - it’s giving us all those summer vibes! All perfectly captured by Recommended Supplier, Grace Elizabeth. Oh, and the bride ensured everyone’s hair and makeup was done before her own… now that, is pretty freakin’ awesome.

We just did exactly what we wanted. It was incredibly relaxed. Everyone was happy.
VIBE
Everything I found and did was very organic. We didn’t have to question anything, we just knew what would work and what we wanted. I wanted disco balls hanging from the marquee ceiling, and natural flowers everywhere. We stayed in fancy tipis after the wedding that were a short distance from the marquee. I wanted it to feel like a holiday or luxury festival!
MUSIC
I walked down the aisle to ‘In My Life’ by the Beatles - I’m originally from Liverpool and my whole family are Beatles mad - the lyrics are incredibly sweet and meaningful. The song we left the church to was ‘The Whole Of The Moon’ by The Waterboys. Jack used to live in Muswell Hill and I would get the bus from Finsbury Park to meet him. I remember after staying with him for a weekend I listened to that on the bus home and realised I had fallen in love with him.
You know we love a DIY project… Emi’s decoration of the marquee is just testament to how much you can do on your own - and how awesome it can look!
When jack and I stood back whilst the party was happening, we looked into the marquee and everyone we loved was dancing. We just took it in.
