Hidden River is set in a beautifully untouched corner of the Cumbrian countryside along a winding river. The styling for the shoot at Hidden River was very much inspired by the venue and the season. The stylist wanted to incorporate the textures of dried materials and florals and show that a darker colour palette can be just as beautiful, in the right setting.

NEUTRAL WEDDING THEME

We were inspired by Japanese interior design for the top table with modern black wired chairs and contemporary styling. The reception set-up was brought to life with dancing hanging Edison bulbs and tall twigs introducing height to the tablescape.

DRIED FLOWERS

The showstopping botanical display in front of the gorgeous large window for the ceremony was just perfect. It brought the Autumnal view outside the window, inside! Resulting in gorgeous textures and a clear pathway for the bride. One of the stylists' favourite features would have to be the dried dahlias in the bouquet. Muted colours that paired perfectly with the Bride's applique gown.
