What Made Our Day Unique
The wedding felt very ‘us’ - we're both creatives, and really into locally made, artisan products and a lot of our wedding items were commissioned from local artists we became close with or friends. From our wedding bands, to the wedding sign, Simon's tie, our cake, our confetti baskets, everything had been handmade for us, which was really special. We were also really keen for a good party that went on late.. so we made sure there'd be lots of booze, a good band and DJ and a late license...
Orange Wedding FLowers
The orange wedding flowers (tropical ones included) added a pop of bright colour to the concrete jungle-themed day. Century Club provided the perfect venue and location, with an amazing rooftop terrace - one of Soho's best kept secrets! Surrounded by the foliage and greenery of the venue, the wedding party were able to let loose and enjoy the amazing entertainment!Inspiration & Styling
The venue was a rooftop in the heart of Soho - it has quite an industrial feel, so we were keen to reference that but also soften it all a bit! So the theme was concrete jungle I guess. We wanted lots of green, lots of foliage, since the venue was quite urban. We loved Grace and Thorn floral arrangements - after consulting with Francesca we decided on a mix of architectural foliage and tropical and soft blooms.
