A sense of calm and tranquillity has washed over me after putting together this dreamy Provence wedding. From the views to the villa and especially the barn reception, I've been oohing and ahhing my way through every wonderful moment and delightful capture by Photography by Chloe. I'm also more than a little smitten with bride Chloé's Caroline Castigliano wedding dress too. Isn't that appliqué bodice detail just to die for?! It fits her like a glove!
Venue & Suppliers
We first chose the place that was beautiful and then the owners have a list of service providers with whom they used to work which was great as we lived far from the wedding place. For some of them, I chose different service providers as the hairdresser and the photographer. The secular ceremony was beautiful, moving, afterwards, the dinner was charming full of surprises, everybody was happy and it wasn't obvious.
Provence Wedding
France is full of charm and romance which is everything this Provence wedding encompasses. Think dreamy villa's, blue skies and picturesque views, not to mention an off the chart adorable couple soaking up all the atmosphere and French vibes. The great barn reception decorated with chandeliers, fairy lights and candles is simply magical. I can't think of a more dreamy place to start married life together.Special Moments & Advice
Follow your instincts and do what you love. When I arrived at the ceremony my husbands smiles filled me with joy. I would like to recommend my photographer, Chloe who is a caring and listening person. I had already hired her for other important events (baptism of my daughter, photo birth of my son). She manages to capture people's expressions, the photos are beautiful and it always comes out spontaneously, fresh. It's always a pleasure to review the photos and to dive back in again. She captured people.
